the auto electrician at work has done his bluebird inserts in the red fluffy stuff. I'd recomend against it unless you happen to be a time displaced pimp from the 70's.:D

pimp fluff FTW!!!!! dooo it
Fluff looks retarded (unless youre a chick).. It also gets all over stuff and is a pain in the ass to keep clean.
Youd get sick of it pretty quickly.
You can however use a fabric dye for the panel inserts if you wanted to change the colour to something darker..
Or you could buy some decent material and have a go at retrimming..

Fluff rocks.
Damn easy to do yourself (just need some quick drying glue)
Everyone whos seen my car goes mental over the fluff. Mainly becuase they've never seen it done before, so its a real eye grabber
As fas keeping it clean goes, if you get a stained, your f**ked, but so far ive been lucky, so you just have to do your best to keep them clean.
I didnt mind vynal, but was'nt as eye grabbing as the fluff.
The fluff just rocks all around!

This is my second gen door card retrim, to give you an example of standard, amateur fabric retrimming. New stuff is the dark blue one on top, old is the stuff on the bottom.
