ive searched and couldnt find anything but HOW do you take the glove box out as i want to paint it??

mine has 2 hinges at the bottom with a screw on each. simple job.

theres a cover just underneith the glovebox
pull towards you and it should unclip
undo the two screws then open the glovebox

I'm telling you champ, trim it, dont paint or dye it. And use the same material you trim the glove box with to trim your centre console lid.

yeah bob saget is rite,IMO your interior looks good as it is,maybe not over do it on the interior,but hey if you want to do it,go for it!

please dont paint/trim/watever every piece of plastic/material/anything in ur interior red.... contrast it, do red and black or something...all red will make ur eyes sick after a while, and the effort to go back to red/black will be time consuming and cost more money.

think about it first, consider whether u want to step into a car every day that is all red, then think about it some more, then mod away

oh, and all red is bad zen, makes u angry...probly not the best in a car!

anyways if its wat u want, go for it, but imo it would look tonnes better if it was contrasted. say leave the dash the way it is now, vinyl wrap the black parts in a black vinyl, retrim ur seats in mainly black, with a little bit of red, or even just red stitching, black roof liner, black door inserts, black carpet, and u have a sexy beast. all red, and u may as well do the mr bean thing with an explosive in a paint tin...

just think wat would look cool, and wat would look rice or candy please :)

true ill have to really think about this ay..

well u said ur uncle or whoever can retrim for cheap. how bout just leaving the red 'highlights' u have now, and retrimming the seats in totally black leather, maybe with a red stitching. then retrim the door panels and the roof lining, and see if they can do black carpet too, and i bet after all that u'll find u have just the right amount of red :) could do lil things like a ralliart steering wheel or something, but that should come up shmiko :)
