Bought a pair of 10" bezerk subs in a box from strathfield for some cheap doof while i think of some ideas to make a nice boot install for my JBL's

Bridged them up and they dont sound to bad tbo. Not sure how long they will last for :badgrin:

Not bad for $130 lol Could have got the 12"s for an extra $20 but i like 10's better :)

they're still crap though haha.... i would dead set honestly be embarrased walkin out of strathies with them in hand haha... mind you i did buy one of them bottom of the range blue coned pioneer subs the other thursday from strathies for some bass till i get back from bali and get my DD gear, and for 60 bucks i was expecting a whole lot less from it, does the job quite well, sounds like sh*t but for a bif off doof in the car its allright i guess

When i turned them on, they sounded pretty crappy but with the gains turned down about half way and the sub controll set to -2, some extra tweaking they sound pretty good up loud.

They dont distort and thats even when they are loud enough to gimme a back massage lol.

The boxes they come in are worth more than subs... in fact to get a box like that made will be more than what u would buy the combo for....

Exactly what i thought the first time i saw them. When i got home i tried to throw my JBL's in but they woudnt fit lip was a little to big on the JBL's so i might make up some rings if these blow before i can make something nice.

sit on it :P theyre a good quality, well proven sub.... still quite (for want of a better word) "rare" here in wa.... but yes yes i am going DD :D

The 12's are now $124. Spose they are better then nothing, for some one thats on a strict budget:)
