hey all im thinking about putting on a VRX front bar to my 98 advance, does it suit the car if there are no VRX wheel arch flares, cuz the ralli art front bar looks silly without the archflares
or does any one know a shop that sells aftermarket style front bars for magnas thanks

It looks fine with the VRX front bar on its own.

I dont have flares on my TJ2 Sports yet.

But I will :P

Sorry to steal ya thread, but i have a question about the VRX kit aswell.

I have heard around that a VRX kit wont fit onto a TF Magna? is this true?
i have a TF Sports, and i wanna chuck on one of the VRX kits that are always on ebay. But I'm not sure if i will need a TJ front bar, or will it fit onto my TF?

hhmm im not sure, im lookin at a whole front bar tho not just an add on
but apparently if you cut off the bottom half of your bar it can fit, but im not sure so dont hold me to it

You need a TJ bar for the VRX kit... Otherwise I would've gotten it when my car got smashed at the front TWICE :cry: Carmate sells two front bars for the magna, you could go check it out. I don't know if it would fit your TF though. Otherwise you would need to see SSV for their addon. There's very few option's available for the magna front. Its the only upgrade I need as well.

the VRX front skirt needs a TH-TJ bumper to fit.

they are fine without the wheel arch mouldings, as theres no defined lip where it meets (like the ralliarts) i have a feeling the rear edge of the skirt might stick out SLIGHTLY, but nothing to worry about

There are new genuine ralliart front bars including front flares on ebay for $550.00,good value i think.

still yet too see an aftermarket bar i like for the magna, JVM is nice, but i'm 100% against fibreglass (ruling out most aftermarket kits)

Talon have 2 types of lip extensions.
Carmate have 4 Skyline style bars
Jetspeed have a Skyline bar the same as one of Carmates.
Sinex have a bar like JVM.
JVM have a bar like Sinex.
SSV have the same lips as Talon.
There is a guy on Ebay from time to time selling some bars that look custom, I bought one as a project peice. They are cheap too.
