I am changing my fornt bar a bit.
1st I cutting the top end of the fornt bar to get some ground space (will get around 3/4 cm lift) and
2nd I am trying to get a good finish of the wheel arches.
Here are before/after picture that I tried to do with photoshop. What do you guys think? The edited picture is bit crapy though...

the best thing to plasticweld with is an offcut from the original bar or a similar bar. just cut it into long strips to weld with.
that 2nd pic for the win, looks great imo

I use Altera TE 97 v6 auto
any suggestion please:D
You can chemically weld plastic by creating shavings of the plastic in the bumper (ABS and/or PP) and adding a very strong solvent like acetone which breaks down the plastic into a thick liquid. This creates a sludgy mixture that can be stored in a sealed condiment bottle and applied when needed. The solvent will eat into the parent plastic just like arc metal welding. There is a write up on this at mp3car, no time to find, search it.
