Just got my next GT magna in the other day, a burgandy one, so i finally have the whole set now!

It has a bit of rego on it (from nsw) so i will probably put the wheels off the blue one onto it and drive it around... probably get the elante kit on it soon too to match the blue one!

Anyway, ill post some photos later on!

Ive seen a few white ones around, never seen one with burgandy stripes though, then again, are you in adelaide? hehe.

I am interested in organising an adelaide "1st gen" cruise, does anything think that could be a success??

Anyway, i have put a few more pics on the end of this, and one of my white one, just so you know i do have it hehe.

I intend to soon, take aphoto of all my gts and elantes lined up, might be a bit tricky, but we will see.

At least your 1st gens are clean. I really like em. Specially that burgandy one, The wheels look ace on that.

Actually i did want to do up a 1st gen.
Cut springs, Stockies (painted) and a cannon, and get it detailed with dark tint.
Cheap and nice:)

Do your first gens have the digital display tacho?
I remember that from when I was in kindergarden 1988 when my friend's mum had a brand new maroon magna with power windows and digital display. I thought i was in an fighter jet. Compared to our family car a 1985 Mitsubishi Sigma GK haha

none of mine do have them though... from what i am aware, i think they only came in TN Elites... not in Tp's either... but im not sure, so if anyone knows, please, let me know too!!

Funny you mention them actually, i just asked in another post whether you have to do anythin much to install them or if its just a plug in job as im interested in getting some and trying!

Nice.. I can't wait to get my burgundy GT lookin like that. I start cleaning it up and servicing it 2moro.. scheduled to get it roadworthied and registered by june.

Thats the same as mine even colour is the same, except my paint has deteriated quite bad, Qld sun and water restrictions, I noticed the steering wheel is not the single spoke one.

Well, it bought $1105, which is too dear for me, have to get it to SA and all that on top!!

Looking closely at the pics, i reckon teh bonnet is a bit faded... nothing surprising, but yea, photos tend to make things look a lot better than they are a lot of the time!

Mine is the same as an elante steering wheel except it does'nt say elante on the bottom.
It has a pearl metalic paint job and the clear coat breaks down easy and once it starts to deteriate their is nothing you can do about it except get a new paint job.

i already emailed him and complained that he was selling it as the wrong car last time it was listed, but i dont think he likes me anymore!

Its got nothing going for it either, missing stripes, an auto (hehe), and in the wrong state, seeing as i can buy it like as a dealer, i offered him $900 delievered.

Anyway, i emailed him again last night, see what he says :P
