hey i want new breaks..goes with the whole handeling thing..umm what is the good ****:D? that will fit my 1998 tf solara? i was looking at brembo, project mu, spoon (but i think they only so honda). I saw a brand called K-Sport...or K-Speed anygood??

I definatly think that project mu would be your best option. get a 6 piston calipers with a 363mm disc and that will stop awesome, plus a custom mounting bracket and your away. I'm sure these will fit behind your stockies as well. If project mu parts are too hard to find, your next best option would be spoon brakes, and anyone who is anyone on these forums will back me up and agree with me on that one

sweet but i dont have stockies, i have K-speed spec s wheels 17" and how much will a set of those stoppers cost...aprox $150,000,000,000,000,000,000:cry: ?????

you'd be looking at $3,427.34 plus GST for the MU kit for sure buddy

the spoon kit, around $2,987.65 plus GST.

hmm your wheels are bigger than stock? dunno if they'll fit then but you can try

haha thats ok.....i saw a set of PMU's in the newest autosalon mag on a 350 and they where $10,400 i pretty much vomited instantaniously in disgust

what sorts of clearance dose the caliper need to the wheel...just like spoke clearance and stuff like that????
