I could be coming in from anywhere.. A rubber gromit missing out of floor, coming in around tail lights.. if carpet is dry it must be sneaking in from somewhere low.. I start to look at seal aound tail lights that stops water sneaking in..:)

adjust the boot hinges so it fits tighter to the rubber seal
and remove the rear tyre grommet so the water drains away

on another matter
later when you dont want the v3000 inlet manifold if it is in good condition
please post to aussie for me plus computers and wiring loom only (sea freight cost ?)

when I bought my sedan and found a leak, i stripped the entire boot and found the water to be entering around the tail light, where the water channel from around the side of the boot is.
kinda like 'the ego' said.
Simply put some sealer around the extisting rubber to fill any gaps, then scraped off the excess.

i got a mate to jump into the boot, and i turned the hose on it and the water was coming in through the tail lights, thats why i couldint find it, it was coming down behind the back panel ....question do i delete threads like this one or do u just leave them in here?

nah man, just leave em, its helpful for people later on who have similar probs, and can figure out how to use the 'search' feature.
not that you can personally delete your own thread, only individual posts.

but seriously, don't do that, its pointless.

btw, welcome.
