hi all

The sight dosent give me any info my brother on his ls hes 16 and was wondering he he can take his car out to willowbank and do a quater mile.? ill take my car up aswell But i dont know what day to go test n tune do i just turn up on the date and time whats with the test n tune is it just a name for it or do they actually test n tune.? Do i have to go with a group.?

Your brother will be able to drive as long as he has a parent / guardian present to sign the relevant forms. The website should list dates of upcomming "test and tunes" or "7 to 11" events. Either of these types of events will be suitable. The site also lists the required safety equipment for drivers but it can be pretty hard to find when you are looking for it (for some reason), but basically you need ankle to wrist clothing, covered shoes and an Australian Safety Standards approved helmet (silver sticker with red ticks on the back of it).

You don't need to go with a group - you can just rock up. The name "Test & Tune" refers to the fact that competitive drag racers can use it as a chance to "Test & Tune" their car for upcomming events (hint: if you want lots of runs - don't go to a T&T just before the winternationals). "7 to 11" events are supposed to be for street registered cars only.

Thanks mate that information is very help full. Just wont to double check if my brother can definatly 100% race on his ls.? Cause we dont wanna drive there for him to be not able to race
