hi guys which would be the best type of air intake, the factory intake or a 100mm flexi pipe

Erm... explain your idea further, there's a lot you can do with flexi pipe, CAI etc... Clarify for us please :)

ribbed pipe is ****, use pipe that's smooth inside.

i used a flexi pipe for about a week when i had a cai and it tore fairly easily/quickly and made my car run like ****. i didnt really notice any difference with it over the standard intake

the pipe will be conected to the air box with a K&N panel filter and the opening of the pipe will be behind the front grill so air is pushed into the pipe
