let your fingers do the walking
call some trimmers and discuss with them...
it depends on what you want
a custom interior can cost anywhere from $1000 to $20000 easy

anywhere between 1-5k depending on materials and quality
Suede is a nice material so is leather. Alacantra is good to, its a fake suede ( water and stain resistant ) but its 3 time the price.
On a white car id suggest you could either go a black with grey suede combo
or a beige ( aka cookie dough ) leather and suede combo
In terms of auto trimmers best to look up the ads in some Hot4's magazines ( in the back )
Theres a good one called Black Needle out at Penrith way !

I know for one that Interior Designs does an awesome job, not sure what they charge but that depends on how much detail u want.
Heres some photos of my mate old car, the interior was done at Interior Designs.
Pictures speak for themselves.

I was quoted $2500-$3000 for my seats and material door trims to be re trimmed in black leather with red stitching. Nothing custom, just a retrim. Would look nice and classy in a simple way.
not sure about the downlights lol
but that is one nice interior
Id say the downlights are more so for showtime.. to light up the interior in a nice light..
The car looks pretty nice - except those rims :)
