Voted both. There are good and bads about this.

I wish I have a spoiler in city driving as its just a sporty accessory. On the other hand it slows your car down and may use more fuel.

It really depends on the car for me. If we are talking a euro autobahn stormer like a E65 or S8, then definitely not, as understated and stealth is the key. On the other hand for example, I think the 200sx and VRX need spoilers to complete the look.

just so people no where im comming from i dont like spoilers cos they make your car look higher. If you put 2 identical magnas together 1 with a spoiler 1 with out, the 1 with out will look lower.

It depends. I think my VR-X would look dicky if I removed the spoiler (the rest of the car's stock). But if I had it lowered, a de-winged back end would look more appropriate.

Ralliart wings, T wings and most other wings look stupid.

Sleek low profile wings look hawt.


BUT, most cars look better without a wing.

My Solara's wing is about the biggest I'd go....

I saw a really stupid-looking one the other day on a 200sx (I think, or possibly a 180sx) - it was like one spoiler piggybacked onto another one. Looked positively dopey IMO!

Yeah I've seen a few de-winged VR-Xs which look good, but they've all been lowered. For whatever reason, I don't think mine would look de-spoilered at stock ride height :confused:

Yes i understand i had the spoiler on mine when i got it lowered and look a bit high still.Now i have taken the spoiler off and debagded it looks lower and alot better

Hate spoilers, cars look so much better to me without them. I searched black and blue for an AWD with all the "sports version" features inside the car bar spoiler but found none. Haven't had the heart to de-wing it.

I'm sure all you spoiler-haters will agree that this is *the* sexiest thing on wheels!

I generally do like spoilers but agree that some cars look way hotter without them. I can also say that I constantly b*tch about cars that have ridiculously oversized spoilers all the time. I think some spoilers only suit certain cars and they have to look natural. I once saw an Evo spoiler on a mazda 121 :gtfo:

Fully agree. I'd even go as far to say that Ralliart spoilers are a teensy bit over-the-top for my tastes, too (no offence meant to any lovely Ralliart owners :)).

I de-winged my VRX after i bought her

looks alot better i reckon.

but now its back on and raised to stock height:(

Leave spoilers for drag&race cars where they do what they are supposed to do. On road going cars they are not needed. Every Kg less improves kw/kg ratio:)

LMAOOOO, I think spoilers depend on the car. I reken, they look great on the VRX, or even a sports (the stock one). Even the evo needs one to complete the loot.

But at the end of the day it depends on the car, what it looks like, and what the person prefrence is. Im sure we all like spoilers on certain cars, and hate them on others, haa.

i just hate spoilers altogether, although bains BA looks great with that lip, nice and subtle :)
