 My son has a TJ Series one Advance ('00 model). It was purchased with a slightly lowered front end (non standard springs).
We are looking for a set of standard front springs as the vehicle does some work on uneven roads, and we want standard height front end.
I am having some success with other members in locating standard springs.
I went to my local Mitsu' dealer today to check on new price. The parts guy there tells me there are seven (7) different part numbers for front springs between 1998 and 2004, including several options for TJ. I will have to give him a VIN before he can tell me a price.
Are there really all these options? Does anyone know the P/N of TJ Series one standard springs? If I get a used set from another member and be sure the springs are the right ones?
Help wanted please.

Hey buddy, All 3rd gen struts are the same on every model apart from the Wagons.
You will have no issues with second hand struts from another model. As long as its 3rd gen, and i think even the 2nd gen front struts are the same as 3rd gen... not too sure on that though.
3rd Gen being TE,TF,TH,TJ,TL,TW. Not 100% on TL,TW... But i know the rest are the same.

Not quite true, they are interchangeable but the components are different. eg, sports/ralliart/verada vs exec. However there will be plenty of stock springs for an exec/advance around.

Thanks guys. I have some offers of springs. However I prefer something from the local area. Perhaps Sydney, the Hunter or NW NSW. Why don't some of you guys indicate where you come from in your profile? Makes it a bit hard sometimes.

I thought the front struts on the wagon were the same as on the sedans.
Cheers,
