Hello, i have a new Jn Front Bar which i need to put some black mesh in it so i can attach a number plate in the bottom hole attached to the mesh. Can someone give me some advice on the best way to do this or even some help. Also is it legal to put no. plate there.

generally there are two ways to attach the mesh. the first is to just bend the edges of the mesh over the back of the cutouts and use automotive urethane to stick them in. if you do it this way make sure you use plenty of urethane. it also means you wont be able to remove them once its in so make sure the bar is painted first. the second way is to attach metal tags around the cutout on the back of the bar(usually with fibreglass) and hold the mesh on with self tappers. this way is better but is way more time consuming. the advantage being you can take the mesh on and off.
