If you are patient you can buy them under $150.00 for a pair from ebay.
If not buy them for $475 each from dealers.
The cheapest setup is buy a wiring kit from Super Cheap Autos and install it yourself.
Installing Fog lights is a no brainer.
Else you can buy 3rd party fog lights.
Also warning, if you intend to use them in the city you may be fined $100-150 for improper use of the lights.

Its a $75 fine in NSW for improper use. No demrits AFAIK.
Cops would have to be desperate to book you though, Ive been warned a few times to turn em off and unless youre doing silly things or have been drinking theyre usually happy to leave it at that.

i dont know why they call them fog lights because all the real fog lights are yellow and there illegal to have on while driving (if there is no fog), these ones that come standard on some models of the magna should be classified as just driving lights cos i only see a improvment of broghtness of about 15%??????????

these days, fog lights no longer need to be yellow to penetrate fog,as long as they have a shield around the globe and the lens and reflector disperse the light properly, they will work a treat. And your magna IS fitted with fog lightss like many other cars, only maybe a handful have driving lights standard
Only use them in fog as fog provides a blanket so no glare is produced, take away the fog and you create glare for other road users, just think of them as high beams and you will be alright, you wouldn`t drive around with the high beams blazing would you?,treat fog lights the same
Hope this helps

LOL! i see why you have 4...
Just from experience, I think yellow ones are the best really, the illuminate the ground pretty well than whiter lights and I think its better for people to see in the fog.

You are just making it all mess up, In the Mitsubishi Manual they are Fog lights not driving lights. They are pointing down mostly not up. Take a look at the Manual and you know they are Fog lights as stated.
Driving lights are those attached on the middle of the bumper on Veradas.
So please refer them as Fog lights not driving.

tho i use them sometimes for visibility...northbridge tunnel here (bout 3k's long), round 25% of drivers put lights on (probably less), so i'll put on the fogs and parkers for visibility of my car, not so i can see the road better... i have a black car, so i'd rather ppl could see me. also the verada fog lights arent that bright, and dont aim at ur eyes, so they dont cause a hazard...
but yes, i look out for the red and blue... ;)

how would one rig up fog lights on a car that doesnt have them stock....
ie how would u get a switch so u can turn them on interdependently of the parkers normal lights.... coz the only way i can think of is hookin them up so that they come on with the high beams or headlights or parkers.... which ever u want...

I have a pair off my TF that you are welcome to for $100 the pair plus postage. They are in good condition with a protective skin over the lenses to prevent stone chips. They ARE missing the rubber boots that go over the backs to waterproof the bulbs though (so you would need to source something to cover that area).

Take note in brand new condition they cost $475.00 each from dealers.
$100.00 is a bargain. $200 would be a ok buy.
Driving light wiring can be bought at Super Cheaps under $20.00 for the kit and maybe some additional wiring. You hook it up in such a way that it only allows you to turn on when your parkers are on. Basically meaning whenever you use your lights.
The kit includes a decent switch so is very easy to do.
