last night i had to fit 2 "number plate" bulbs, they wern't there when i got the car. now when i turn my headlights on when the car is turned of only the parking lights come on, but the headlights work fine with the engine running...is this normal? or do i have a fault somewhere?
oh yeah its a 93 TR magna
