I think this is a good project for my TE... so I grab some cartons and I make a mold from it.
This is what I finished so far, tomorrow I will be ready for some fiberglass.

Gonna use it for ventilating engiine room? If so, where do the fumes go? Where are the cabin's fresh air intake vents? Have another look, dude....
