Mate, I had the same problem finding a tuner in Brisbane, and no one could tell me ****.
My advice is to ring as many performance workshops as you can find the phone number for and start asking the question. Be prepared to be laughed at, be prepared for plenty of people to flat out tell you they aren't interested, and just as many to say something like "we've never tuned one - but we'll be able to figure it out".
You might just find, as I did that some places will give you the name of another place to call, and when more than 2 other workshops mentioned the name of the same place to me - that pretty much made up my mind for me.

There's also a bloke down the Gold Coast that has tuned at least 2 magnas w/ an emanage.

Since this is a common thing, I've added a bit to the wiki/faq (http://www.wermspowke.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#Where_can_I_get_my_car_tuned.3F) for next time.

MRC has been recommended to me on a number of occasions and this is where I will be getting mine done in a few weeks when my engine is back in. Guy by the name of Mark, very helpful if you give him a ring.

For some reason I thought you got yours done by the same guy that did VRX Benno's car

lol yeah mate, you want to run, not walk away from places like that. Just out of interest, I had one guy offer to do my install and tune for $400  . I went down there to have a chat to him, and he starts waffling on about having to find out who he lent his software to, and getting his mate across the road to help with the install. I had horrible visions of these blokes pulling my ECU to bits and then not being able to finish the job. Needless to say, I never called him back.

yeah places like that are very scary hey..a few years ago i had a contact of a bloke in the hills district that seem'd to no emanages back to front and even said he'd work on a few magnas before. No idea who he is anymore but would love to find him...
