since i've had my car, the brakes have shuddered so i got the front discs machined. it was a bit better afterwards, but still not that great and is getting worse again.
should i try machining the discs again or just get new pads/rotors?

check the rims and tyre treads also suspension shocks and bushes
if thats all ok
then buy new rotors and pads

i just got new wheels and tyres, but i do have a bit of a knock from the front right on bumps. might get the suspension checked out when i'm on leave from work.
thanks :D

it could be a dodgy ball joint or something like that.
it could be that they machined the brakes as much as they could (with still leaving enough meat on the disc) but it still wasn't enough to get all the wobble out. my last magna just kept warping disc rotors on the front left. i put new rotors on but it just warped the new set too. and i didn't drive very hard.
also, is the car lowered? if it is then on bumpy roads you will get some knock through the suspension.
