Are your heater controls set so air is coming in, or circulating? I know its a dumb question but just thought i'd ask.
Maybe there's a blockage in your vents or something?

Exactly what i was thinking the other day....got bugger all air coming in and it's stuffy in there.
I changed the one in our CR-V last month...made heaps of difference

...if they do...they suck...and or are broken after 10 years...something i noticed and you might want to check the same is when your going....get the flow to full power and then switch it to cabin recycle...if heaps of **** blows out (which it does) then im guessing we prolly dont have them...lol good thread though...interesting question.

Cheers,
Adz

Not seeing anything in the service manual. From the looks of it, I think the fresh air comes from the grills near your windscreen wipers. Maybe check that area isn't being blocked by something.
