why is that ?

i was just wondering how u went installin them wit the ski hole as i ave the problem of either puttin my sub so u can see it throught the hole or back towards the tailgate and loose more space

this is a diagram of how i normally have it ................ i cant have my ski hole open as there is a board on wood which my amps are mounted onto which covers the hole .............. ive been told by many ppl .......including my friend who is 2nd year as a sound tech at tafe , that the best place for 2 subs is the back corners as it bounces the bass off both the side and rear walls of the boot .

if i ever want more room i just slide the subs back

however u might disagree with me but id prefer to have the ski hole closed as it gives a much better bass sound , when compared to it being open although the bass is obviously louder i dont think its anywhere near as nice
