I was thinking of getting air suspension but I want to get some facts first getting into it. Has anyone done this to their cars? What I want to know is:


1. Pros

2. Cons

3. Stability

4. Durability

4. Handling (High Speed & Cornering)

4. Legality

5. Cost and installation and Decent shop to get one (around Sydney)

Any inputs that would be great, cheers!

where i used to work did alot of airbag setups for minitrucks. cost about $4k - $5k depending on components. however ute suspension is pretty simple so a magnas might cost more to setup, also these prices were about 3 years ago so i dont know how accurate they are today. as for the legallity, not all airbag setups are legal. depends who does them and if they have been engineered. i know Tubular Suspension Systems have done legal kits on commodores so if your serious about it they would be a good first port of call. they have a web site.
