Has anyone fitted Verada foglights to a TH magna?
Just want to clear it up cos theres so much that I have read and I am a bit confused.

My understanding is that verada foglights can be fitted to a 3rd gen TH front bar with no modification but they just have to be bolted to the top of the mount rather than the sides?
I have the brackets on the side for magna foglights in the gap in front. Does this sound right???

Also, whats the best for a switch? Do most run seperate switches or are they hooked in with your low beam headlights? I only want to use them in fog for greater visability of the road and where it goes so was thinking of wiring in a seperate switch. I read somewhere Veradas have a seperate switch, is this correct and has anyone here wired one into their TH?

ive put verada lights in before and u'll need to drill into the bumper and screw them in. best to get a plate of metal in there so its all secure cause u dont want them to fall out. i found to get a good fit the top of the bracket had to be bashed flat. (mitsu dont sell just the brackets)

dont just wire into the low beam directly cause u'll burn out the wires and it might cause a fire. get new wiring and a relay from autobarn (around $25) in parts and rig up a dash switch next to the the brighness adjuster on the dash.

the orginal verada stalks are a bit pricy and u'll still need to wire these in cause they dont come with wiring.

I have no idea about the fittiment, im just chiming in about the wiring, and im in total aggreance with bella. Use new wiring and a relay to wire in the foggies and place a switch somewhere on the dash.

Remember its illegal to drive with these on when there is no fog and at night! So be carefuel when using foggies!

if ur talking about the stock holes in the TH front bar then yes they will fit i have a TH and i got foglights the TH sports come standard with them if u want a puc look at my avitar

Yeah, I was only planning on using them when there is fog, its been bad around my area lately and I hate it, especially when I leave home and its dark and foggy and drive home after work and its just as dark and foggy and its not even winter yet!! I am not getting them for looks or anything other than use with fog. Its all the fun of living in the sticks and 55km from work.

I have installed Diamante foglights on mine is the same size and all no prob.

Just be sure on how you wired it as you will be fined if used not accordingly to road rules.

Wiring and switch by super cheap cost onlt $15.00 but you may require just a bit more wire to install it. comes with instructions.

just make sure you can turn them on only when your lights are on. and also you can turn them off when not in need to use it.
