He guys,
The radiator on my 92' TR SE is busted in two places, it leaks a shipload of coolant so the car is pretty much underivable. From what I can see the holes aren't major, what would be the easiest way to seal them and how much would it cost if I was to take it to a radiator place?
The holes are both about 1CM long but when pressure builds up they piss like theres no tomorrow.
Thanks.

chemi-weld (sp?) would work id say. comes in 2 parts that u mix together then it sets like steel. there's a similar product for blocking up holes in your zorst meagnetis somthing (can't remeber the name, k-mart will have it in the auto section).
or you could tip in some cracked black pepper to plug up the holes while u go to the wreckers and get a second hand one that doesn't leak:D

Yup - mine (albeit 1st gen), which has been rock-solid reliable since I put it together, suddenly pinholed the ~6" heater hose under/behind the EFI manifold two weeks ago.
Last weekend, on a camping trip to Rainbow Beach, the battery/charge lamp lit and voltmeter dropped. Luckily (very large family), we were travelling in two cars so, on the return trip (when it duly failed to start after a fuel stop) I swapped in the Tarago battery to get it home. Regulator brushes are quite worn and were gunked up pretty badly. After a cleanout (and a sharp tap on the regulator to re-seat the brushes on the slip rings after starting the engine), all is well again - for as long as those brushes hold out, anyways ;-)
Cheers,
Mattt.
