ok quick question: is it hard to remove the manifold for a non - mechanical person, in a 1999 TH magna sports. if not how do i do it???

a little bit of Trinitro Toluene where all the bolts are will help ! :D
If that fails, get a Hayes? service book from Autobarn or somewhere like that...
It will give you a step by step guide on pretty much everything to do with your car!

Nope not very hard!
There are guides here somewhere, but here it is off the top of my head. Not in order, but a rough guide of what's needed.
Remove the plastic manifold cover (if it has one). I think this has 4 bolts holding it down.
Remove the 4 bolts which attach the throttle body to the manifold.
Remove the 2 nuts and 4 screws on the front and middle which attach the manifold to the lower inlet manifold and head.
There are also 2 or 3 bolts at the back which need removing as well.
I think that's all... Someone correct me if I'm wrong, or even better provide the link to the detailed post, I can't be bothered looking :P
