HAHAHAHA......sorry to laugh mate i had the same problem when i installed my HU. all i know is i insulated my green and white wire and the problem stopped after i changed blown fuses.
Im pretty sure that A) THICK YELLOW WIRE=Positive
B) BLACK WITH YELLOW STRIPE= Negative
C) THICK BLUE WIRE= Permanent power
D) GREEN AND WHITE= Dimmer or earth
Wait till someone jumps on before you do it though because im not 100% positive that this is correct, however you may have blown 2 fuses in the process as i did when i had your problem. 1 of the fuses is in the fuse box the other is in the box with all the relays etc...under the bonnet.
If you have a multimeter you can test which wire is which.
