Simple question, can the engine, tranny, radiator, alternator etc from a TL or TW fit into a TJ? I know they made some changes with the facelift but are the internals the same?

Radiator is most probably different. Other parts should be ok.

Id agree with greenmatt here, things that are bolted/joint to the new front end are probably different, but the rest is probably the same. Pretty sure that the engine and tranny are the same.

I don't know for a fact - but I'd also be suspicious about the radiator / radiator mounts. As far as I know - nothing else should be a problem.
