 What do others find is the best aftermarket horn to fit on a 3rd. Gen? I have an '04 TL.
I have looked through the forums, and all agree that the standard horn is weak. I do not wish to fit air horns or ones playing those fancy tunes - just one that sounds aggressive and makes a loud noise. Perhaps a single horn is OK, although I would consider a dual setup, considering a relay would probably have to be fitted.:eh:
Comment please.
Get a horn from a BMW and retro fit it.,

I replaced my stock pansy one with twin acorn style electric horns. I find that they sound better than air horns (similar note to the Falcons) and the sound is instant. But yeah, first try and source some from a BMW. The horns on my mates Beemer sound awesome.

on the topic, whilst I was changing headlights today, I think I saw the horn.
Is it below the drivers side headlight? If so, makes it very easy to modify.
Thanks.

Below the headlight?
It should be on the drivers side of the engine bay on the 1/4 panel between the washer bottle and headlight

The manual for the TL indicates that Verada's should have two horns. Does anyone know where the second horn is mounted (not the one near the driver's side headlight, the other one).
I'm hoping that the mounting holes and wiring are already there on my Magna.

Im pretty sure that i saw a horn on the passenger side on my car when i was putting the parras in. I can double check at a later time though.
