Does anyone know where I can go in Melbourne for Mod plate / Engineers Certificate for modifications?

contact vic roads for a list of approved engineers... wo dont have mod plates like some other states do

When I tried calling though the list the other day, most didn't answer the phone, or told me "we dont do cars" or "we're too busy". YMMV
