Hey, im getting a service done on friday,

it is being done at the dealership that i got it from as if i dont it voids the warranty.

If i mod my car do you think it will void this also?

should i say, put back on my intake resonators and put the normal airbox back on?

or will they not care and jsut service the normally. sorry its just my first time getting my own car serviced as my grandfather used to own a dealership and everything was organised by the family...so yeah sorry about the stupid question - but didnt kno where else to ask it.

replace those things back to stock just to be safe. the resonators are there for a reason, they WILL take notice if they arent at the time of service. maybe the airbox isnt such a big deal but if its not difficult to do, why not..

Getting your car serviced elsewhere shouldn't affect your warranty at all. If it's the dealer warranty you're talking about, they aren't worth the paper they're written on anyway. Intakes etc shouldn't matter at all, all they're doing is changing the oil etc. If I were you I'd save myself some cash and get it done elsewhere. Good luck all the same, but I shouldn't think airbox etc would matter.
