well u can either shorten the throw or just shorten the stick

Shorten the throw is what i'm after. Quick gear changes.

Is this mod worthwhile?I have both as I bought the RPW shifter then I cut down the stick.
Works well but you will loose the thread & have to fit an aftermarket knob.
