it dosnt actually say what it physically consists of and how it specifically works its too general

It consists of 6 alloy fuel rail spacers which conduct heat into the fuel rail making for better combustion supposedly. I had one on my Verada and noticed far less drone on the exhaust which was worth the price of the kit alone. I'm sure Barry will be able to explain it more concisely.

You mean 4 Fuel rail spacers?
(2 per fuel rail?)

The stock ones are plastic, these are some sort of whiz bang ferro alloy.

Simply put, the stock ones DO NOT conduct heat.

Supposed to improve atomisation of fuel blah blah blah... Got a set myself...

There are 2 fuel rails... one for each bank of 3 cylinders.
They are held up off the block by 4 plastic spacers. Barry's fuel rail kit replaces these plastic spacers with aluminium ones, which conduct heat up from the block and heat the fuel rail up. This preheats the fuel before it is detonated.

I have the kit fitted, to be honest haven't noticed any improvment or less droning.. its been 2300k's since I fitted the kit, economy hasn't shifted (althou I get bloody good eco anyways)...But one thing I have noticed n I thought it would disappear but hasn't, when you go too start the car, it takes a few seconds for the engine to actually kick (its like there isnt enuf fuel n its waitn for the pump to get it to the motor)...the car used too start instantly you turned the key....any thoughts??...

Ungrateful guy, why dont you just pm Barry instead of reading, duh.
Its his product, and so all accurate information goes there, EVEN if you posted a question there you wont look like an idot for trying. AND THATS WHY you get alots of these around here for you all newbies who cant be bothered to do some research and read.
I am SAYING THIS because it IS a STICKY unlike other questions you may need to dig.
I can see people here already posting whats already stated in that thread. shows the amount of effort you have done in reading.
Ultimately if you want one you have to pm Barry.

Hi Damo
In around 90 kits fitted, there has only been a few that have not substantially improved the driveability of Vortex MAF equipped Magnas particularly 3rd Gen
Remember I originally developed the kit for those AMCers who had fitted Hi-flow air filters and then suffered a LOSS of Torque between off idle and 3000 rpm
Often just replacing the muffler with a 'sports' type is enough to create a 'droning' and further torque loss of Torque
It might seem at first that the extra sound indicates an improvement, but as many have already said, it is usually mis-leading, as we tend to press down further on the pedal at the same time
These 2 scenarios are a direct result of these 'breathing' mods upsetting the tuning of the MAF, and a fuel lean-out results
Of these few, in most cases there were existing issues of ignition problems or they were already running 'rich'
The two most common causes of running rich are coolant temp sensor faulty and/or the OXYgen sensor not operating correctly
If your engine is running too rich, you can actually lose power
IIRC I have already mentioned to you that these 2 items should be checked, but I agree it is not something that most Magna owners are equipped to do - it requires an analogue multimeter and the knowledge of what to 'look' for
From your post, it would also seem advisable to have your fuel pump checked
A good way to check your OXY sensor is to build and install the monitor kit available from most good electronics stores, approx $20
This is invaluable, as it constantly checks the overall tune of the engine, as well as showing you that the ECU is in fact achieving lean cruise fuel consumption WHILE YOU DRIVE
Cheers, Barry
