hey guys i thought id post you some update pics of the car being pulled apart while i have no licence to full clean it out and have the new stereo installed. only some of the stereo is in my room. theres also a CD7100 eclipse headunit, EA2000 Eclipse amp at northfield waiting to go in.

also some of you requested to see the car from a lower angle to see the exhaust...so here it is.

New stereo should go pretty hard.

Out of interest, have you tested out your speakers yet? Reason why I ask is that I want to replace my plastic speaker mounts. I could probably create something like you have myself, but if I needed to create angled mounts (like how the stock speaker mount sits), I'd be buggered :(

Car's looking tidy too.... looks better without the wing.

yeh man speakers have been in since like January and at the same time the mdf got done too....and yeh i cant say how they sound without it because i had 6" mtx thunder series component speakers in it with the plastic surround.....so there was a MASSIVE difference when the mdf and splits went in but i can tell you... for $120...they are worthwhile invest men...i mean they arent focal so dont expect to blitz any SQ comps...but i have dozens of ppl who can vouch for how well these splits sound.


and yeh... the car looks 5000000000% better without a wing.. i had ugly boot holes from the wing..but i got ran up the ass and they had to replace the boot, so i got a new boot without the wing :)

cars still got a long way to go before its ready for me to drive when i get my licence back. but its getting there
