Dude, these mobile car cleaning mobs will get your seats shampoo'd and reconditioned for like $100-$200. I just had my whole car detailed (wash, chamois, polish, wax, interior dressed, shampoo'd seats + carpets, deoderised, polished mags, blackened tires) $187. Took the dude 4 hours and it came up fantastic! Give a couple mobile dudes a call (I used Cargroomers)

I have a TF Sports and, yeah, the windows are manual.

Apart from having someone else clean the car for you, you can do it easily yourself for bugger all $. Go to your local Woolworths and they hire Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machines for less than $55/day. Make sure you get the Upholstery Attachment (it'll be a red netted carry bag with a long grey hose in it coupled with a water hose, which all attaches to the machine). Hook up the UA unit to the machine. Fill the water reservoir in the machine with 1/2 cup of any good wool mix and hot water straight from the tap. Then away you go. The hose line squirts the wool mix/hot water out the end onto the carpet/trim and then the dirty water gets sucked up by the vaccum hose, leaving the trim damp rather than wet. Get bad stains out by pouring some wool mix neat onto the stain, rub it in with your fingers, then run the UA tool over it. If you still can't get the stain out, use some of Rug Doctors Spot Cleaner fluild (buy it at the stand where the machines sit at Woolies) neat on the stain, followed by the tool. I used this whole technqiue on my Sports when I bought it and every single mark came out of door trims, carpet, seats.

Oh, and in case you are wondering I was put onto this whole deal by the guy who cleans the carpets at Parliament House here in Canberra. So I felt I could trust a guy with that kinda contract.
