just wonderin if anyone knows a good front end shop in western sydney tryin to fnd a decent place to get cv shafts replaced ts magna:bowrofl:

I would reccomend any Pedders outlet. They don't use dodgy recon parts. You know you're getting what you pay for and its guanteed for 2 years.

If you can get help with the shafts, cover ones are cheap enough and there is nothing dodgy about using a reco DOJ joint (the inner one) The outer CV is always new not reco.
Avoid pedders (sorry misterbishi) as the products from pedders are second rate at best.

coming across some wired greases in these cv joints a creamy colour in some
seems to be water proof but not as reliable and long lasting as the old moly grease
the creamy stuff leaks out of the boot straps at high rpm
yep, had the same problem with my TR cv shafts. a creamy brown coloured grease, goes everywhere when the boot clamps are a little
