Hello All
I know this has been covered before and i did a search and found a lot of information. The exhaust setup on the VRX is (according to the search results) good.
I came accross Barry's post explaining a couple of terms that were useful and did some search on google as well. From what i read and saw, am I correct in saying that:
exhaust manifold is the same thing as exhaust extractors?
The pipe in the VRX is 2.25' and the muffler is straight thru?
Would changing extractors/manifolds be an improvement mod?
Cheers

IIRC the manifold and the extractors are exactly the same thing, cept most people use manifold to describe the stock ones, and extractors to describe performance parts.
All magnas have a 2.25' system, with the difference being the muffler, and yes the VRX has a straight-thru.
Changing the extractors will give you probably a 5-10 kw boost. You may also see a little boost getting a full exhaust done, but it won't be that big.

For Pacemakers (most people seem to get that brand) you're looking at around 550-600 installed if I remember correctly
