It shouldn't burn out, most LEDs have an incredible lifespan. Do as Tuffy says, wire up to the HU constant wire and he'll be set.

You'll want some method of turning it off, ideally hook into the central locking system so when unlocked the flasher turns off, as you don't want to be driving around with the thing constantly flashing!
Not sure how the power works in a central locking system, pretty sure it would have to be a latching system rather than "power = locked, no power = unlocked", so may not be a simple feat to use this as a controller.
Investigate, you must, hmm?
PS. Assuming it's actually LED, then most LED's have lifespans of around 100,000hrs. But as you call it a "sticker", I'm thinking it might possibly be electroluminescent, in which case I think the lifespan is a LOT less than that, so definitely want a switch of come sort.

Just did a search, and according to this site:

they are definitely electroluminescent.

why dont you wire it to the HU remote wire, and use a normally open relay, so when your system is off the sticker is lit, if you are anything like me, its rare to be driving the car with the system off anyway, much easier and simpler then wiring to the central locking system, i wired my under car neons to the central locking, too complicated for just a sticker.

just make sure its a normally open realy, not a normally closed one. otherwise its easy, follow the connection diagram on the top of the relay
