hey guys. mate of mine is doing his radiator in a second gen for a trip to the snow tomorrow. he wants to know what's the best way to chuck in the anti freeze/boil. i said drop the bung on the bottom adn flush it and refill it with concentrate then fill the remainder back up with water. he only has 1 litre though. will this be enough. thanks in advance for your help

1 litre of what?
get him to open up the tap at the bottom and fill it with I THINK about 5L of nulon anti freeze/anti boil concentrate and about 5L of disstilled water, should bring the waters freezing point down to about -28deg.

All good, Tell him just to do it porperly the 1st time, flush it out and then put the good stuff in.

Get some good coolant, totally drain system, if he can get to the plug on the block open this as well, refill, I like and always have liked the castrol coolant.
