Im getting a new exhaust very soon as my stock one just sh*t itself a new big speed hole and sounds and vibrates atrotiously :doubt: The reason i never got a new exhuast was because i like it quiet, but now that im gonna get it all replaced i might aswell get something bigger and a free flowing muffler. So what i wanna know is if anyone has got a VRX exhaust cat back, 2.5' into the sports muffler on a 3.0lt? Much improvement? Will it sound the same as a 3.5? Or does anybody know any good freeflowing mufflers that are as or quieter than the stock? Or even better anybody with a VRX exhaust for a wagon lying around!? :bowrofl:

I fittted a sports exhaust to my 3.0i TF when i owned it. It fitted fine, but we had to add a 4" long section of pipe, because it kept flouling against the rear suspension componants.

And yes, it did make a difference in performance...As well as a slightly beefier note, without being too loud.
