Use the wire which comes from the o2 sensor. To make sure you get the right wire, put a multimeter on them all and the one with 0.8-1.2v which is your signal wire.
These gauges are completely useless though, as soon as you put your foot down all they read is "rich" and while cruising they flick rich then lean as the ECU cycles between the two states to keep a stoich average.
You can test that your sensor is working by putting a multimeter on it and watching it cycle between 0.8 and 1.2v while cruising.
Put in a wideband o2 beside your narrowband (factory) o2 sensor if you want a real reading, use that instead, however it shall cost a pretty penny more.

There is a 4-pin flat connector behind a metal panel under the carpet next to the right hand foot of a front seat passenger (passenger side of the floor tunnel under the console). Connector may be covered in tape. The white wire with the green stripe at one side of the connector is the one you are after (O2 sensor signal). You'll need a Philips head screwdriver to remove the panel.
