Hey guys, I have a ground effects kit on my car atm, including flares. Was thinking of changing the rear pods to a ralliart rear bar. Would this fit ok with my ground effect flares? Also does it totally replace the rear bar or does it fit over teh top?

Cheers

Matt

From memory the flares go right down the bumper to the top of the rear pod, so these will need to be cut OR you will need to get ralliart rear flares (would be alot easier to do this). I'm also pretty sure the sports flares are a fair bit thinner than the ralliart flares, so they may not match up properly once shortened anyway.

The ralliart rear bar is a complete replacement bar, so you'd be able to sell your current bar with the pods included to cover alot of the cost of the ralliart rear.

Whats a rear bar with pods worth?

I wouldn't pay more than $300 for a 2nd hand one. But it may be worth more/less to others.

i did the exact same thing! its a complete bumper replacement, and new rear wheel-arch flares, the cheapest you could get the required parts would be around $700, then add painting and fitting

Ralliart and Ground Effects.

Two of my favourite kits for a Magna.

Was always disappointed the the pods in the Ground Effects Kit so a Ralliart rear would set it off perfectly.

Go for it.
