To adjust the handbrake (TW Magna)

Inside the rear brake drums.. do I turn the screw adjustment up or down to move the brake pads out..??

Move the little wheel thingy down to tighten the shoes.

Up on the right, down on the left (if adjustor is at top)
Up on the left, down on the right (if adjuster is at bottom)
