My old TS V6 keeps going like magic. But from all the opening and closing the door hinges on driver's door have worn, so door is hanging and binds when one opens it. Has anyone replaced the hinges. I have tried all possible ways to remove the door (with hinges on/off), without removing the fender/mudguard. Have tried different spanners, bent spanners etc.
How hard is it to remove RHS front fender/mudguard? Is it purely a bolt job or are there gaskets/sealer?? Does mudguard line up automatically when bolts are tightened or is it a tricky job? help will be welcome and I suggest all you guys out there go and oil those pins.

Yeah mate its pretty easy to take the guard off.
just bolts along the top near bonnet and two in the door jam part also one underneath the guard near the mudflap and sum near the blinker. Doesnt take long to get it off and it doesnt need any sealer or any gaskets it will bolt back on easy will all the holes lined up.
