Lowering for $300...is hubby doing it? My mechanic quoted me no less than $600.
Do you already have the 380 repeaters? I think we mentioned them before.;)
I was just looking at that link...VRX flares for $259. If you look at the picture it looks like you get a whole body kit, but they're just attachements to the wheel arch aren't they?

First thing to do on a TF that color is the repeaters.
Walk into mitusbishi and ask for 380 repeaters, will cost you $20.
They are clear and will match the colour nicley.

That's not good. Next time someone asks who does good work in the WA section, make sure you tell them not to go there.

First things I would do:
- Lowering ($300)
- Tinting ($250ish)
- Colour Code side skirts and door handles ($250ish)
- 380 indicators ($20)
That would make it look so much better straight away and then you still have $1200 to play with. Already said you had some rims lined up, so keep an eye for some parabolic headlights (here or ebay usually around the $300-$400 mark) then a muffler or cat back exhaust setup or move on to the stereo (headunit, splits in the front and 6x9's in the rear).
$2000 will go along way if you think about it before you spend it - and do the work yourself :D

Ok so...
Repeaters (on there way $18)
Altezza Lights (on there way $170)
Lowering ("Low" $300)
Body Kit ($1300, side skirts, front bar, rear bar)
2 Bottles of wine ($40 plan on drinking that while i watch DH chuck it all on)
So a little left over in case watching him is boring i shall head to the pub.
Then in 4 weeks its gonna go in for paint...... Hmmm now to pick a "different" color  And around the 15th of August i get me mags.
DH in the background ---> your not having pink  or purple  too much overtime for me  working on my days off

Hey!
This is what I think your 2k would be best spent on;
Lowering on king springs @ $300
Second Hand 17-18" wheels @ $700
35% Tint @ $200
Redback Exhaust System @ $500
K&N Panel Filter @ $120
Colour Coding @ Aprox $180-$250
Tint Tail Lights @ $30 (can of spray)TOTAL = Approximatly $2,030 ~ $2,100
Yes i know it is slightly over the said $2,000 but it will give you a nice balanced improvement in sound, performance, ecconomy, handling and looks...
There is nothing like a TE-TH with no bodykit SLAMMED on 18's. They look tuff.
Cheers,
