Hey guys i'm trying to install my car audio gear today but i am stuck already....

anyway wats the best way to run the +12v from the battery to the amp, obviously down the side away from the RCA's and Speaker wire but wat grommet should i use thru the firewall. The car is a 98 TF v6 manual. I've had a look at where the clutch is but it wont go there. i looked just above the accelerator there is a grommet but it looks very complicated to run a draw wire thru there.

So my Question is to all the 3rd Gen-ers where did u run ur +12v Wire???

on the drivers side just above where the clutch pedal would be should be a rubber gorment
should have two pipe like things attached
poke ahole in the gorment big enough for the wire to fit through
