yea abit shy but hey what the hell its happened already n its was very crap, so i was on a straight street n i just installed a new head deck n it had an aux input to connect ur mp3 so i was jst bout to connect my mp3 when i dropped it n i went to pick it up n second i hit an wooden electricity post...so yeaaaa....looked at the post n it was barely damaged jst a little scratch pretty much

WTF??? thats dog act, some1 stole the headunit while it was sitting in a heap....never heard of that before, well if u think that mite happen a suggestion wud be to take out wat u can now before daylight, n e ways hope everything goes well for u

I've nearly done the same thing but in crawling peak hour traffic, reaching over to grab a phone out of a bag in a passenger foot well. Nearly reared the poor guy in front :redface:

i almost had a similar incident in another car i was driving, looked over to get some food off the seat (the fat pig i am), mounted a curb doing 70 and missed a pole by about half a meter. lucky i got away with a bent stockie....

did have a look at the diamante front grill n lights their perfectly fine so when i get th ok to get em off n ill b sellin it n side clear indicators and a k&n panel air filter but ill let you know with that.

Sorry to hear about your accident mate. I was only just in one about a month ago. It was in the wet and my car skidded into the back of the car in front of me =\ (Need new tyres). However cars still drivable and it wasn't too bad. Got a 2nd hand bonnet and bumper from a friend and parabolics were alright. Just needs a spray.

Anyway at least your in one piece, hope you get your funds up to get another car soon.

but I have never looked in my glovebox :)

and im not a perfict driver, on my l's i backed mums car into the house, the night i got my p's i backed the verada into the edge of the roller door, and i put the verada into a tree at 60ish kph... (and yes it lived to tell the story - see missks's KS...)

oh, and i tell ya, when i get my EF in a few weeks, it will be insured for a agree'd value, easily 8k... and paying 4.5k for it... i wouldn't complain if it got into a accident and written off...

Ive had **** stolen from my car too. I was getting the engine swapped over and someone actually ripped my RCA's, 6x9's and destroyed my CAI pipe trying to steal it.

Sorry to hear about that, can't say I've ever done that myself, normally when I drop something I wait until we get to the lights or intersection or something where I've either stopped or basically have before I reach down for it. This has proved something though, the 2nd gen Magna's really were one of the safest sedans on the road, because by the look of those photos you've hit the pole pretty hard and you've come out without any injuries, and thats the important thing.

I know it sounds silly, but I always sorta feel sad for the car when I see photos like those, just because what was once such a nice car is now prepared to go on the scrap heap.

If I were you I'd get another TS Magna, by preference another white one, then strip the current car of anything and everything you can, even engine components, and do the new one up. Can never hurt to have a few spares lying about the place can it.
