no sure on price but just a heads up the tail lights plugs are also differnt to ones of a th/tj
cost wise depands on how cheap you can get the parts.
send DVS a PM. he was doing a TL/TW rear conversion on his TH

If you end up doing it im after a TJ bootlid!

I'm still in the can't find any tail lights stage, it's on hold at the moment.
The tail lights have the same plug for the loom but different bulb holders, TL/TW bumpers will fit, the boot lid will fit but there is no key hole so you will need to make sure you get both release cables as the TH/TJ cable is different and the boot latch is different, the extra cable goes to the ski hatch so you can open it if all else fails.
price wise the tail lights are expensive, if you can find any, you might have more luck as I was going to put verada lights on mine as I have a KL bootlid the standard lights might be easier to find, I got the boot lid at a good price though it cost me a heap for the bits needed to fit it.
bumpers range from about $150 up from the wreckers
I hope this helps a little.
Also if you have a TJ you might not have to change the tail lights but will have to change the bumper as the boot lid has a different curve on the bottom edges

Just interested you guys, how come you are wanting to swap to TL/TW rear. I just posted about doing the exact opposite :D

TL/TW boot has a smoother curve then a TJ.
TL/TW rear end is so much more sexy then a TJ
