Looks like all models even the base ES scores series I VRX front bar. They should have used the TMR kit on the VRX.

i like the black/cream leather interior of what im assuming is the GT-L spec 380, love it actually, its hot
Uggh... why won't they lower these things? Don't like that wing on red one, the rear is high enough as is. Like the design of the new rims but they're too small. Front bar looks good.

They look pretty good, particulary the front end of the VRX and that Fusion Burst model is cool.

the wheels look so so so so rubbish, who was responsible for opting for them :gtfo:
and the stupid choice of h/u in the top model... it looks so tacky the eclipse avn.... take a look at a real car... it looks like it is a very late afrer thought... id honestly prefer the base model h/u...
other than that i'd love a 380 they can look great, but i think the s1-2 look better:nuts:

the new rear insert thingy in the rear bar on the VRX models is uber ghey!
IMO the rear of the ES is the best looking there. And seeing that it seems the ES also gets the old VRX front bar, it would be my pick. Manual 380 ES

i would kill to have one, jj, can someone give me some money to buy one.
hehe, dashboard reminds me of a weird Mazda 3/ Holden Astra mash up...wheels are ghey..imagine scraping the gutter with those...otherwise, should be a sweet car.

Doesn't look different to me ?

Yeah the VRX just has front and rear grill inserts and a new rear wing. Its not a big change, so I was puzzled at just how many AMC members were saying the new VRX looked hot compared to the old one.

Personlyl I liked the series 1 and 2 VRX. The only thing I like about the series 3 is the front and rear bar, I much prefer th eolder style lights and lip spoiler. I'm not a fan of the deck lid spoilers like the one it now has.

It's just the way the new additions compliment the old bits, and vis versa.
I wonder if it's possible to option off the spoiler in the VRX version?

The two-tone interiors work a treat and are starting to appear on a number of cars. Subaru Liberties for example

Why didn't they fix those poxy cheap a/c controls??? It was the only part of the car that needed attention I reckon.

Those poxy cheap a/c controls actually are quite tactful to use compared with a Commodore or Camry/Aurion...
The first pic the rims look like VX GTS rims, except only 16" not 19"... I like it though, sport, yet classy. Tuff, yet smooth.

Dont like the wheels so much, but the new front bumber looks good on the blue vrx. And i agree, they need to be lower.

Might be, but why not at least make them black or dark grey or do something to make them less cheap looking.

Yes the knobs/dials look dated. By simply making them square they bring the dash into this century interior-wise!
I wish they included SX mesh cloth on the ES Sports edition, it looks 100 times better than the normal ES cloth.

I reckon they should go back to slide controls. Heaps better looking I reckon. The best of all was the climate control set up on the KS Verada...

I reckon it looks hot. Yes, wheels need a slight change, but if your gunna sign up to AMC, usually you'll have changed the wheels. I think good work by Mitsu.

They did a similar thing to the US Galant...

the interior of that galant looks woeful..
ad for the s3 was just on tele, too bad it doesnt say anything about mitsubishi, or 380, or series 3 until the very end.. i miss the first part of the add everytime..
good work from the marketing department once again :doubt:
they need another ad like the one for the TJ's with that catchy song in it by new radicals.. was the only worthwhile ad i remember about any mitsu's..
none of this love the space, love the road crap that they used when they first released the 380.. if it was advertised PROPERLY it would be considerably more successful IMO..

This is exactly right! Mitsus marketing department needs the biggest boot in the ass... They need to instill passion into their marketing and make people want the bloody things.
And every time i hear that New Radicals song i visualise that VRX with the babe in the passenger seat... I do lead a boring existance... lol

well there you go, shows that ad WORKED!
you wouldnt be the only one that would think of that ad each time they heard that song..
first lot of 380 ads promoted the road more than the car FFS.. 'we've built the best car, now you go find the best road' went something along those lines..
no one give a **** about the road.. its the car, and getting people the remember the ad..
new radicals comes on the radio - i think.. theres that song out of that magna ad..

Heaps of people that I know say the same thing about that song and they are not one bit interested in cars. They just remember the ad and happened to like it.

You mean Please consider...with the grass analogy isn't memorable? Engineered to Excite? ....I still remember Hey Charger! ads. And the one with the Sigma crashing through a glass version of the previous model. That was advertising....

I can remember the EA Falcon one... "It started as a ripple and it turned into a wave, it will change the tide on Australian motoring"
And the VN Commodore... "Just wait till you drive it... You will love it!"

Wow I actually saw a s3 vrx on the road today and they look horrid! The front bar is definately the only nice new thing (I would transplant onto a s2). Spoilers are spoilers, I have no issues with that. But those rims , and the combined ride height looks laughable. Looks like a typical rice up by mitsu.
