I'm in a dilemma.
I've been offered a TP SE auto with luxury pack, no rego, 344,000km, for my TN Exec which hasn't missed a beat, only needed consumables, but does need an intake overhaul, and is currently registered until the end of August.
The cost to changeover's $400, trading in the TN for the TP. I've done over 5,000km in the TN, and it's only let me down once, when the sad looking radiator cap gave up. I don't have the service history for the TP.
The TN has a few dents and bingles all over, and the interior's in reasonable condition. It's only just had 4 new tyres fitted and a steering alignment done, until my housemate hit a kerb :redface:. The TP's interior is in very good condition, the body has a dent in the rear, but I couldn't fully assess it's mechanical condition.
I do have a spare Astron II in my parents garage...
