The standard TL's got black headlights, the upper model ones got colour coded which became standard accross the range in the TW.

And i'll jump in here and say the colour coded lights look completely gay on most colours.

You don't have to colour code everything ffs!!

Well my VRX has black headlights, so I dont think it was the bast models in the beginning. They look crap anyway, the colour coded ones.

IMO the colour coded TL/TW headlights look nice. Gives the front a modded look when lowered with nice rims.

I have to agree, I think the colour coded headlight clusters are a pretty big improvement over the original 'unprimed plastic' looking ones, on most coloured cars.

:stoopid: I think that, along with a colour coded grille, is the ONLY way you can make a TL look any good

Nah, i think they all look crap. Bring back the TE - TJ headlights :D

These TL - TW headlights are way too big for my liking. Looked ok on the lancers though.

A nice set of wheels on a TL/TW can make all the difference. Those flying saucer plastic rims that come on many magnas really deflate the vehicles appearance. I don't mind the colour coded headlights, but wheels make the difference.

i hated the new lights when they come out, but the more i look at em the more it looks ok lol. I saw a grey/pewter tl with colour coded lights looked pretty clean

Agreed, i think the contrast is a good thing. Ive seen pics of red magnas that are all colour coded at the front, and im not a big fan.

I can't picture my grille and lights not colour coded. at least the filth all over the car nearly matches too
